Lodge Bookings - 25% Deposit Required
In order to confirm a reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total amount of your stay must be secured with a credit card number. The Exclusive Ecolodges independent administrator will contact you for these details.
If we do not receive the full amount 30 days before the date reserved we reserve the right to release the lodge booking and leave the property open to other enquiries.
Lodge Booking Cancellation Policy
Due to the intimate size of most our lodgings, cancellations affect the properties significantly.
Therefore, in the event that part or all of a confirmed booking is
cancelled, we will be applying the following charges:
- 30 days + prior to confirmed date - 25% of total charges.
- 30 - 14 days prior to confirmed date - 50% of total charges.
- 14 days or less - 100% of total charges.
We
strongly recommend purchasing a COMPREHENSIVE TRAVEL INSURANCE which
would protect against unexpected changes to your travel agenda.

Check In / Out Times
- Check-in time is after 3pm.
- Check-out time is 11am.
